Sustainability Report | 2024: a reflection of our commitment

The Sustainability Report is not just a document, but a transparent and documented account of what we believe in and what we actually do every day.
It reflects our way of doing business: responsible, aware, future-oriented.
A path of conscientious choices, strategic vision, and constant and growing commitment.

A Reflection of our commitment

Acting sustainably is a choice. A choice that guides and is reflected in every one of our daily actions. It's in the materials we select, the energy we use, the suppliers we work with, and the people who work with us. Our 2024 Sustainability Report is a transparent and documented account of the value generated by each of these factors.

Product: certified quality, responsible innovation

Each of our garments is an expression of our authenticity, a reflection of who we are and what we believe. In 2024, to optimise the traceability of our garments, we introduced the Digital Product Passport, an actual identity document for each item. To ensure high standards in our material selection, we focused on internationally recognised certifications, obtaining GOTS and OCS for organic textiles, and GRS and RCS for recycled materials.

Furthermore, we have been official members of Better Cotton since 2022, thus confirming our commitment to a more sustainable cotton supply chain, benefiting the environment and the farming communities. Since 2024, 75% of our cotton has come from Better Cotton sources.

The Italian R&D office produces more than 50 new creations each year, including the Daypack, Onhead, and Horeca collections, which in 2024 were added to the over 2,000 items in our catalogue, qualified by registered designs and numerous certifications.

Furthermore, to create the right backdrop for our products, dedicated displays and spaces have been created for our retail customers.
We have achieved an important milestone in protecting the environment and health by evolving the treatments used on items made with water-resistant materials. For these, we have opted for equally effective yet more sustainable solutions, completely eliminating PFAS treatments.

Our goal has always been to develop durable and sustainable garments, to innovate existing products in terms of quality and safety and to increase customer satisfaction.

Transparency: a supply chain that reflects our values

Our company is an ecosystem, and each component is essential for the growth and well-being of the whole. Each new supplier has been handpicked after an environmental and social assessment, ensuring a transparent and responsible supply chain. In 2024, 100% of newly acquired suppliers underwent a rigorous assessment based on social and environmental criteria.
Sustainability is a path of continuous improvement, which is why we are committed to monitoring the impacts of our processes every day. This includes the introduction of advanced logistics solutions, which aim to reduce the environmental impact and improve the well-being of operators, and the fulfilment of most orders within 24 hours of their receipt, ensuring fast and reliable delivery times.

Our goal is to reduce energy consumption and climate-altering emissions and to increase the environmental sustainability of the raw materials purchased.

People: the heart of our commitment

We invest in and value people with the same care we dedicate to our products.
This is confirmed by obtaining and maintaining the SA 8000 certifications for social responsibility, UNI/PDR 125:2022 for gender equality, and UNI EN ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety.
Another important indicator is certainly the growth of our team, which as at 31 December 2024 has 240 employees, 53% of whom are women and 13% are under 30, with 83% on open-ended contracts.

Our goal is to ensure the health and safety of our workers, improve employee well-being and satisfaction, and enhance the local community and region.

Environment: renewable energy, responsible management

Although the environmental impacts are mainly indirect and linked to the value chain, we aim to improve and promote sustainable practices in collaboration with our partners and to further strengthen our environmental management system (UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 certified). Every day, we are committed to reducing the energy consumption and climate-altering emissions associated with our operations, including through our photovoltaic system. Starting in 2024, we have chosen to purchase exclusively electricity from renewable sources certified through Guarantees of Origin (GO), achieving 94.89% of our electricity.

Energy from renewable sources therefore accounts for 41% of our total energy needs.

In a context of corporate growth, we are proud to have maintained a balance, demonstrating that environmental responsibility and economic development can coexist.

Aware that proper waste management contributes to implementing a path of continuous improvement towards a circular economy model, in 2024, we allocated 68% of waste to recovery operations that include recycling and reuse, thus reducing the overall impact of our production processes.

Furthermore, we also adopt a conscious approach to packaging, favouring recycled and responsibly sourced materials. The goal is to achieve 100% recycled paper (FSC®) by 2030.
Finally, aiming to reduce the use of plastic as much as possible, we implement innovative solutions, such as the “EcoHIT19®” adhesive tape, made with films containing at least 85% post-consumer recycled material, and we focus on repackaging, reusing corrugated cardboard for subsequent shipments.

We will strengthen governance on ethics, compliance and sustainability issues, while continuing to ethically and sustainably manage the supply chain.
