Contemporary design and certified materials
Whilst some collections follow trends, others interpret the way of dressing from an evolutionary perspective, focusing attention not only on design, but on the very essence of the garment itself. It is from this vision that the new Payper items are born, designed to meet the needs of those seeking versatile, refined garments and, above all, made from organic cotton, in compliance with rigorous international standards.
Payper's GOTS clothing
Characterised by a perfect balance
between contemporary aesthetics, everyday comfort and conscious choice of
materials, some Payper clothing items are made with fibres from organic
farming, GOTS certified (Global
Organic Textile Standard). The GOTS, in fact, does not merely certify the
organic origin of the cotton, but guarantees compliance with stringent
environmental and social criteria throughout the entire production chain.
A significant turning point that
reflects our increasingly ethical and responsible production approach.
Favouring raw materials of organic
origin for the production of new Payper garments means focusing our attention
on the entire process: from the quality of the fabric to its durability over
time, from yarn production methods to complete traceability.
From a stylistic standpoint, these
garments express an essential and contemporary language. Simple constructions
meet details designed to offer freedom of movement, breathability and a
sophisticated aesthetic. Balanced proportions give the garments character and
fluidity, whilst ensuring a comfortable fit.
Each style stands out for
craftsmanship that makes it unique, perfect for accompanying everyday life with
discretion and personality. The result is a production capable of combining
stylistic research, yarn selection and attention to production processes.
How to know if a garment is GOTS certified?
The GOTS is a genuine certification that attests to the use of natural fibres from organic farming. GOTS certified garments bear the licence number of the certified company on the label. This guarantees the consumer that the product purchased has been made from organic cotton, in compliance with rigorous environmental and social criteria, applied at all levels, from cultivation to labelling of the finished product. To obtain GOTS certification, all stages of the production process must be certified. Should even just one part of the supply chain not comply with the Standard, the product would not obtain certification. This rigour represents confirmation for consumers, who recognise an intrinsic product quality in these garments. Style becomes the means through which to communicate genuine sensitivity towards environmental and social issues: choosing items made with organic cotton, cultivated following natural processes, without the use of chemical agents, results in a reduction of atmospheric impact and optimised use of water and energy.
Choosing organic cotton clothing means wearing garments that tell a story: contemporary design enhanced by authentic quality, which is perceived over time, and genuine attention towards certified materials. Our commitment is, in fact, to increasingly choose virtuous production processes, whilst maintaining the high quality of our garments.
