ARTICLE PROPERTIES
Each article in the catalogue is accompanied by some graphic symbols created by the R&D office of Payper. These symbols offer an overview of the various properties of the product. On this page you will find further information concerning each symbol.
MAN: identifies a product for men.
LADY: identifies a product for women.
KID: identifies a product for children.
MATCH MAN + LADY: it identifies the availability of the same product as matching men and women.
MATCH MAN + KID: it identifies the availability of the same product as matching men and children.
MATCH MAN + LADY + KID: It identifies the availability of the same product as matching men, women and children.
CLOTHING
WEIGHT: for each article the weight in grams per square metre of the main fabric is specified.
PACKAGING: for each item the quantity of garments of the same size contained in the carton is specified and the minimum quantity bagged which can be unpacked.
BIG SIZE: it identifies the availability of at least one size bigger than XXL.
REGULAR FIT: it identifies a product with a Payper regular fit. The size chart is developed taking into consideration a leeway which offers the right freedom of movement and which provides practicality and comfort of use to the garments.
COMFORT FIT: it identifies a product with a wider fit than Regular.
SLIM FIT: It identifies a product with a slimmer fit than Regular.
WATER REPELLENT: it identifies a material that has been treated with a water repellent; this feature does not guarantee that the product is totally water-repellent and it may not be permanent in the long term.
WATERPROOF FABRIC: it identifies a material which is waterproof; bear in mind that each material has its own level of resistance to water permeability and that the garment is finished with seams, zips, buttons which can affect the waterproofness of the garment.
WATERPROOF GARMENT: it identifies a completely waterproof product, both the fabric and the thermo-welds do not allow water to penetrate.
BREATHABLE: it identifies the breathability of the material; this feature of the fabric allows the human body’s humidity to be removed more easily, reducing sweat condensation, increasing comfort and thermal insulation.
WINDPROOF: it identifies a windproof material; the compactness and texture of the fabric do not allow air to pass.
3-LAYERS: It identifies a 3-layer Soft-shell jacket; the structure enables the garment to be waterproof, breathable and windproof.
3-LAYERS PADDED: It identifies a 3-layer Soft-shell jacket, with the addition of internal padding.
UV PROTECTION: It identifies the ability of the fabric to absorb the UV radiations, with a value of UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factors).
INSULATED 1: it identifies a product with sufficient thermal insulation.
INSULATED 2: it identifies a product with moderate thermal insulation.
INSULATED 3: it identifies a product with good thermal insulation.
EASY CARE: it identifies an easy maintenance product that does not require special treatments when washed.
EASY IRON: it identifies a product which is easy to iron thanks to treatments carried out on the material; however, this feature is not permanent.
EASY ZIPPER: it identifies a product with an easy fastening full double-pull zip.
STRETCH: it identifies a material which is at least partly elasticised making the product more flexible and comfortable.
FLEXIBILITY: it identifies a non-elastic material, but which is in any case flexible and comfortable.
THREE-NEEDLE STITCHING: it identifies 3-needle stitching on the product which provides greater strength and durability.
NO LABEL: it identifies products without a Payper label; they are products suitable for a greater customisation by the customer.
TEAR AWAY: it identifies products with a detachable main label
LOCK SYSTEM: it identifies the presence of a patented LOCK SYSTEM pocket.
3M: it identifies an item with a part in 3M Scotchlite ™ reflective material.
SBS: it identifies a product with SBS zips.
YKK: it identifies a product with YKK zips.
THERMAL CLOTHING
LIGHT: it identifies a lightweight garment (160 g), perfect for temperatures from −5 °C to +10 °C.
WELTER: it identifies an intermediate garment (240 g), perfect for temperatures from −20 °C to +5 °C.
CRUISER: it identifies a heavy garment (280 g), perfect for temperatures from − 30 °C to 0 °C.
FOOTWEAR
BIG SIZE: identifies the availability of at least one size bigger than EUR 46.
REGULAR FIT 11: identifies a product with a Payper regular fit, comparable to Mondopoint size 11.
TOP.ALU.CAP.: identifies an article with the innovative Payper tip in diecast aluminium, highly resistant to impacts up to 200 Joule, for TOP safety.
MASTER BALANCE: identifies a product with the special Payper balanced density cushion which reduces shocks to the heel and allows keeping a correct posture for all the time the shoe is worn.
S3 / S2 / S1P / S1: identifies the safety category of an article according to the EN ISO 20345 standard.
SRC: identifies the level of resistance of the sole to slipping according to the EN ISO 20345 standard.
PERFORATION-PROOF: identifies an article with certified perforation-proof insole.
ORTHOLITE®: identifies that the article is equipped with Ortholite® insole or arch support, the sector leader for quality and performance.
ITALIAN LEATHER: identifies an article whose UPPER is wholly or partially made with high-quality leather worked by Italian companies.
GET SOUL: identifies an item equipped with the special GET midsole with orthopaedic shape, made in an innovative ultralight polyurethane material with large memory capacity, designed to avoid collapse, springing, rebound, and to correctly dissipate kinetic energy in order to avoid fatigue.
REGISTERED COMMUNITY DESIGN
It identifies a product whose design or piece was registered at the EUIPO, European Union Intellectual Property Office.
The registered Community design or piece (RCD) is an exclusive right conferred on the outward appearance of a product or part thereof resulting from the characteristics, in particular, of the lines, contours, colours, shapes, of the superficial structure, materials and/or of its ornaments; it confers the exclusive right to use the design or piece or to prohibit its use by third parties in any country of the European Union.
The RCD holder is protected both from the malicious imitation of the own design or piece and from the autonomous development of a similar design or piece. The rights concern, in particular, the manufacture, offer, marketing, import, export or use of a product incorporating the design or piece on which the design is applied, as well as the stocking of such a product for the aforementioned purposes.
