Wear's Integrated Policy for Quality, the Environment and Occupational Health
and Safety represents the company's commitment to constantly improving its
performance, both in terms of the quality
of the products and services provided to the customer, and for the protection of the environment, as well as for the safety
and health of workers. The adoption of an Integrated Management System
(IMS) allows meeting customer expectations fully and constantly, having a
significant impact on reducing environmental impact and minimising workplace
risks. This overall vision allows us to create synergies between some important
management phases, operating with a view to global effectiveness and efficiency,
adopting monitoring tools for company processes and activities.

Industrial
Wear Srl sought to pursue a certification
process through the TÜV SÜD brand,
which guarantees the efficacy of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
by applying the main international standards to the entire assessment
procedure.
The determination to pursue this general improvement objective has led to the
achievement of the following important certifications:
The
company has also made the decision to implement a Social Accountability Management System in order to obtain the certification in accordance with the SA8000 standard,
an international standard which defines the requirements for an ethically
correct behaviour by companies towards their workers.
Aware
of its role and responsibilities within the economic and social community in
which it operates, it sets itself the goal of improving the organisation's overall performance and capabilities, as well as of proposing itself as an element of excellence with
regard to its social responsibility.

Industrial Wear, which has always been attentive to the issues of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, was assessed to be compliant with UNI/PDR 125:2022 and has obtained the certification issued to companies that undertake to promote and safeguard gender equality in the workplace, to increase opportunities for professional growth, as well as to reduce the "gender pay gap". It encourages the creation of a socially sustainable working environment and of a diversified and inclusive organisational culture both within the organisation and towards stakeholders.
Industrial Wear uses suppliers registered with AMFORI, of which it is an official member. The amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) Code of Conduct includes principles of legal compliance, freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, decent working hours, fair remuneration, health and safety at work. Furthermore, AMFORI members are required to prohibit any form of discrimination, the use of precarious, forced or compulsory employment, as well as of child labour. They must also ensure the adoption of adequate measures aimed at preventing or minimising the negative effects of production processes on the community, the natural resources and the environment in general. Our compliance with the BSCI code demonstrates the company's commitment to ethical work management throughout the entire supply chain.



SATRA is an independent research and testing organisation, founded in the United Kingdom in 1919. Having become a notified body according to various British/European directives and regulations, it is today considered the leading authority for technical checks on personal protective equipment (PPE), especially footwear and leather goods. SATRA members have exclusive access to testing and research methods, consultancy, technical training and accreditation. Being a member of SATRA confirms Industrial Wear's desire to ensure high quality standards.
Since 2019, Industrial Wear has been a member of UNI, the Italian National Unification Body. It is a private non-profit association that carries out technical standardisation activities in all industrial, commercial and tertiary sectors, except for the electrotechnical and electronic sectors. It represents Italy in the standardisation procedures of the international bodies ISO and CEN. Being a member of UNI enables receiving information in advance, as well as taking part in defining the rules of your sector.
The Legality Rating is a synthetic indicator issued by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM), in agreement with the Ministries of the Interior and of Justice of the Italian State, which certifies the degree of compliance with the high standards of legality and attention paid to the correct business management by companies that have requested it. It aims to promote and introduce ethical values when pursuing business activities. The score awarded is between a minimum of one star and a maximum of three, for companies that meet all the requirements.
In 2025, Payper was awarded the EcoVadis silver medal, ranking among the top
15% of companies in terms of sustainability (89th percentile). This award
recognises the company's ongoing commitment to ensuring a sound environmental,
ethical, and social management system. This
achievement confirms its commitment to concrete and continuous improvement
in adopting increasingly sustainable business practices.
