In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on
packaging placed on the market of the Union and packaging waste, Industrial Wear SrL a Socio Unico
- Via Benito Partisani 1, Fiumana di Predappio 47016 FC (Italy), as
Manufacturer, holds full responsibility for compliance with this Regulation of
all packaging placed on the market bearing its registered trademarks.
Specifically, Industrial Wear packaging
complies with the requirements of EU Regulation 2025/40 Art. 5 – Requirements
for substances contained in packaging, effective from 12/08/2026:
- Restrictions on chemical substances referred to in Annex XVII of Regulation EC No. 1907/2006 (REACH)
- The sum of the concentrations of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium < 100 mg/kg
- Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS):
- PFAS (excluding polymeric PFAS) < 25 ppb
- PFAS sum parameter (excluding polymeric PFAS) < 250 ppb
- Total fluorine < 50 mg/kg
Industrial Wear selects and monitors its
packaging suppliers to verify their compliance and conformity with Reg. EU 2025/40.
Industrial Wear is working to fulfil also the
obligations with subsequent enforcement dates, pending the release of official
delegated acts by the European Commission.
