11 new gloves classified as II Cat. PPE, identified by the CE and UKCA markings, all subjected to Sanitized® treatment, to prevent the proliferation of bacteria and bad odours.
P/CUT - P/TOUCH - P/FEEL
P/CUT cut-resistant gloves are characterised by an innovative HPPE-based yarn, without steel and glass fibre, to make the gloves lighter, more comfortable, breathable, but also in line with a sustainable production philosophy.
The P/TOUCH and P/FEEL coated gloves, on the other hand, are made with a particularly thin and stretchy yarn, to ensure high flexibility and softness, which combined with the nitrile microfoam coating allow working easily, relying on a good grip and an exceptional level of comfort and breathability over the entire hand.
MICROFOAM
The Payper Plus Gloves are designed with nitrile microfoam coating. With the same performance and comfort, they differ by type (smooth or sandy), depending on the field of use. Made with advanced technologies, the nitrile microfoam is created by spraying a great quantity of water during the coating bath, allowing a perfect adhesion of the coating to the yarn, without penetrating between the fibres, thus avoiding direct contact with the skin.
In addition to increasing the level of seal and durability, these treatments leave the hands dry, even with prolonged use. Some models are made with a double nitrile coating, therefore they have a first layer in smooth nitrile and a second layer in sandy nitrile microfoam on the palm. The result is more grip. To this unparalleled technology, which combinescomfort, flexibility and dexterity, we have added unparalleled hygiene, subjecting the gloves to several washing and drying steps, at the end of each production, so as to eliminate any coating residues, improve wearability, increase grip strength and yarn softness.
